José Vázquez Estrada
Arquitecto y pintor Chiapaneco egresado de la Universidad Autónoma de Chiapas.
Ha realizado 6 exposiciones individuales y numerosas exposiciones colectivas tanto en Chiapas como en México DF. Su estilo es muy marcado dentro de la corriente del Expresionismo abstracto , en la cual predomina la utilización de símbolos como el círculo, las rayas, pintura de goteo y el manejo fuerte de los colores para lograr una expresión propia y de manera individual.
Actualmente su obra se encuentra distribuida en colecciones privadas en Chiapas, Tabasco, Guadalajara, Monterrey, Nayarit y Distrito Federal.
En el año 2009 obtiene el primer lugar en el concurso de dibujo equidad de género a nivel estatal dirigido por el Consejo Nacional de Población y el segundo lugar en el concurso de pintura homenaje a Luis Donaldo Colosio.
En el año 2011 asiste al taller de grabado sobre linóleo impartido en el museo Raúl Anguiano en la ciudad de Guadalajara Jalisco.
En el año 2012 colabora en la realización del mural titulado ¨Canto al Soconusco¨, en el interior de la presidencia municipal de Tapachula, Chiapas.

Chiapaneco architect and painter graduated from the Autonomous University of Chiapas.
He has held 6 individual exhibitions and numerous collective exhibitions both in Chiapas and in Mexico City. His style is very marked within the current of Abstract Expressionism, in which the use of symbols such as circle, stripes, drip paint and strong color management predominates to achieve an expression of his own and individually.
Currently his work is distributed in private collections in Chiapas, Tabasco, Guadalajara, Monterrey, Nayarit and the Federal District.
In 2009, he obtained first place in the drawing competition for gender equality at the state level led by the National Population Council and second place in the painting contest honoring Luis Donaldo Colosio.
In 2011 he attends the linoleum engraving workshop held at the Raúl Anguiano museum in the city of Guadalajara Jalisco.
In 2012, he collaborated in the realization of the mural titled "Sing to Soconusco", inside the municipal presidency of Tapachula, Chiapas.
